I am personally excited, I like to run in the afternoon because it is impossible for me in the morning to wake up early enough to get a work out in along with taking Riley out, feeding him, making myself a good breakfast and getting professional for work. I am excited now that it will not get dark so early after I get off work, more time outside at the running trail around the lake for me!
David & I went to Central Market last night to do our grocery shopping, so this weekend we plan to take it easy, get in lots of outdoor exercise, and head to the movies to see the Watchmen, David's pick.

I'm excited about the time change too...I have sooo missed biking in the afternoons. Plus it's been so gloomy driving home from work when it's already dark outside!
