Long Overdue Louisiana Update

Sorry for the delay in my weekend recap, it has been crazy since I returned from Louisiana. I have been catching up on work, grocery shopping, laundry and cleaning & shopping in preparation for David's friends coming stay the weekend at our place, and of course David's 27th birthday was Tuesday!

Last weekend we went to visit my family in Louisiana! We left Austin around 11:30 a.m. Friday morning arrived to our destination around 5 p.m.

Riley & Kingston in their car seats, asleep in the backseat. Kingston is still not fully house trained and David was really worried about his new leather seats, so we loaded the back with my old thick pottery barn mat.

We headed to Grand Casino Coushatta for all you can eat crawfish, we gambled playing the slots and won 280 off 40 bucks nice! I forgot my camera at in car and we parked a good ways or I would have taken pics of the crawfish!

Saturday we hung out with my family all day was nice to get up whenever (my mom handled feeding and taking the puppies out)and just sip coffee while reading the morning paper, things I could do in Austin on a Saturday morning but for some reason it just felt more relaxing to do there. In the evening we headed to DI's Cajun Restaurant which is about 30 minutes from my hometown.

It is in the middle of rice fields filled with crawfish traps and the food is very bad for you but taste so good!

We had a reservation on the dance floor there was a Zydeco band and people Cajun French dancing all around us.

Sunday we attended a benefit for my cousin Aly 14,000 dollars was raised!

We left Louisiana around 2 p.m on Sunday. Kingston was ready to go sleeping in my Betsey Johnson luggage.

We arrived back in Austin around 7:45 p.m.

The trip was fun and relaxing but exhausting at the same time, I wish I had taken off Monday as well just to rest.

In Louisiana, my mom knew I had been searching so she purchased me a pack of the fabulous Abita Strawberry Lager

This weekend David has friends coming in town to celebrate his birthday a few days late, we plan to go downtown. Even though I will be the only girl in a group of boys I am so excited to get dressed up and go out!

David & I still do not really know that many people in Austin aside from our coworkers so I can not wait to have real friends around for the weekend!

Good day, sun shines!
There have were times of hardship when I didn't know about opportunities of getting high yields on investments. I was a dump and downright stupid person.
I have never thought that there weren't any need in large initial investment.
Nowadays, I'm happy and lucky , I started take up real money.
It gets down to select a correct companion who utilizes your funds in a right way - that is incorporate it in real deals, and shares the income with me.

You can ask, if there are such firms? I have to tell the truth, YES, there are. Please be informed of one of them:

Hello. My wife and I bought our house about 6 months ago. It was a foreclosure and we were able to get a great deal on it. We also took advantage of the 8K tax credit so that definitely helped. We did an extensive remodeling job and now I want to refinance to cut the term to a 20 or 15 year loan. Does anyone know any good sites for mortgage information? Thanks!

Mike
