Now on resolutions, I decided to list 10 for well 2010
10. Eat less meat. in high school & for most of college I was a vegetarian even with all the exams & parties I feel like i had way more energy than I do now so I would like to try it again but I love burgers.
9. Learn Something New. I miss college although I enjoy being out of school and do not want to go back any time soon. I miss learning new things. I have no idea what I want to learn but it will be something.
8. Enjoy Life More. After all the deaths and sadness of 2009 I feel like I need to appreciate life to it's fullest and get rid of any pessimistic moods that may come my way.
7. Be more productive at work. I do a good job and I know it but I want to go way above the expected. We have plans to move to Dallas in the Fall so I want to get the best reference there is because I'm sure Dallas job market will have lots of competition.
6. Save more money. I waste money for example we buy groceries then end up eating out for the majority of our meals so the fresh produce goes to waste and we have to throw it away.
5. Run more. I was running machine then will all the stress last year I lost motivation and I have slacked off and I have been running only twice a week.
4. Get back to healthy. This ties into eating better, not eating out as much and running more often.
3. Get More Organized. I am an unorganized mess! Last week I had the time wrong and showed up late to my hair/waxing appointment and the girl doing my eyebrows had come in on her day off to do them. She had to wait until I had the color in my hair taking away from her day off. I felt terrible!! I have a super cute new Lilly Pulitzer planner I need to write in it more and refer to it more this year.
2. Help Others. Christmas 2008 David & I volunteered at Texas Children Home and it was a great feeling! Unfortunately all we did for 2009 was donate to Goodwill & Salvation Army. I would like for us to actually do more for the community.
1. Spend more time with Family & Friends. I would like to make more trips to Louisiana to see my family & def New Orleans to see all my friends. I miss them so much!
P.S. Does anyone else love the Lady Gaga & Beyonce song "Telephone"?

So far so good. =)
yay resolutions! I missed school too and wanted to learn something new so I signed up for an online craft class! yayyyy!
you loook soo cute for NYE!
Yah, saving money is a big thing! def don't let it go to waste on food! it's hard though but I find that if I prep the food before hands (chop onions, veggies, etc) on a Sunday & Wed (or at night after dinner), I am more inclined to actually cook everyday throughout the week because it cuts down my meal prep/time by about 15-20 minutes.
