The produce, deli and bulk items are super cheap!! The prices of regular items vary for instance Amy's Spicy Chili is 30 cents higher than at Whole Foods but Coconut Water is 30 cents cheaper than Whole Foods so it is give and take but not to mention all the savings on produce, deli & bulk balance it out regardless.
I found Pure Bars which I have been wanting to try after seeing them on all the food blogs I know Jenna at Eat Live Run is a huge fan
Caramel Bites & Chocolate covered Cherries
My new favorite tea Mangosteen Green Tea!
Veggie wrap & salads which will make perfect lunches to bring to work
This is only a small sample of the food I purchased.
Did I mention the bags they give you are reusable love it (Yes I came home with a lot of goodies)
I pass Sprouts on my way home from work every day super convenient!
I have also been getting back to the gym. I think I want to start taking more group classes.
Yes I know I am a bad blogger for not using a reusable water bottle, but Austin water taste like dirt even Brita can not help it but I do recycle!
I can not wait until temps warm up and I can run outside again! I do not have warm enough running gear to do outside runs. I am working on purchasing some better winter running clothes. I need to make a trip to the Nike outlet when I have time.
Just had to share my amazing lunch it is the Mediterranean platter from Tom's Tabooley here in Austin, I purchased at Whole Foods. so good and filling can't wait to dig in at my desk!

P.S. Loves Of Life is hosting a Valentines Day Swap , Join in it will be fun!

really? i love austin water!! i can tell if it's tap water from up north or south austin (?!?!? not sure why) but the water in my building is really good. i stopped buying bottled water and it has saved me thousands since i stopped 2 years ago. w00t
hope wherever i move next will be just as good...
It is nasty even the water at my office taste like dirt. We have a water cooler here to save us but I live & work North so maybe it comes from the same place?
I'm going to be in Austin this weekend and will def. try to make it in for some tabouli! Love med. food!
I wish we had a whole foods! Everything looks so good!
oh girl i flipping LLOOOOOOOVE sprouts! love love love it. the produce is so cheap and good its nuts. and if you go on wednesday is double deal day - their coupons/deals overlap so you get the previous week and the next weeks great deals! enjoy it! i wish we had one closer to our new place - but we dont :(
Sprouts is the bomb! Srsly, love that place! Everything is always so fresh.
I wish we had a Sprouts here. We do have Whole Foods but it would be fun to have another grocery store option. Your finds look so yummy! I must try that tea! What did you think of the bar?
I'm going to look up Sprouts..sounds awesome...and those bars, I want to try! thanks
i wish there were more organic places to shop in my area. we have one and it's 15 minutes away which is very unconvenient since i never go in that direction. also target is 1 minute down the street, target always wins.
it looks like you found a lot of goodies at sprouts!! :)
good for you on getting back into the gym! i'm starting again soon myself, until then i'll just be doing workout dvds.
have a great day hun!
I just found your blog, it's very cute. A Sprouts just opened by my parents house, and I still haven't been but this just tempted me big time.
I love those Pure Bars! They're so good. This entry made me really hungry!
Sprouts didn't rub me the right way when I tried out the one in Round Rock. Yes, the produce was cheap, but the fruit was also moldy. Ew. I'd rather pay higher prices and not run across moldy fruit. Maybe it was a one time thing. Like you, I also noticed the prices were higher on the regular items. That rubbed me the wrong way, too. I miss my Trader Joe's!!
Oh and I like North Austin water by Lakeline and 620/2222 - maybe just far enough away to be different water from you? Since we moved, the water tastes like metal!
