My favorite pair Sperry Top Siders were destroyed this past Fall at the Austin City Limits Music Festival with the rain and mud.
This pic is after just one walk around the grounds, they were way worse by the end of the day, sadly there was no saving them I have to throw them away.
But I am happy to announce I am in love with this pair found here that Sperry has designed for J. Crew I ordered mine in soft sandalwood.

Sperry's and Converse in one picture?!!? Love it!!!! I've been a Sperry's fan since birth. I don't have any memories of my Dad WITHOUT his on, they were literally on at ALL times outside of work/special occasions.
I love sperry's... my dad and I now own matching pairs, so I have to eat my words for all the times I called him square (essentially) when I was younger.

To answer your question, the recipe was from Jillian's MAKING THE CUT which had about 15 recipes but was mostly about exercise. I just borrowed it from the library, but it was a good read and there were some yummy recipes. Her french toast recipe is pretty good too! I'm a picky eater so there were only 2 recipes I really liked. All that to say, Jillian has some great things to say but I wouldn't buy it for the recipes. Hope that helps!
