My name is Irish you know!

While it is true my name Erin means "Ireland & Peace" and my dad may or may not look like a giant leprechaun, regardless of my Irish heritage I get excited about any holiday celebration!

Today at work we had a party! We took our lunch time to sit around eat green food and watch an old Christmas episode of "The Office" not really on theme but was fun times!

After all those treats I knew I had to get to the gym tonight! I did speed walking intervals on a machine that looks like a treadmill but the the roller was grooved so it is less harsh on the body and good for my hamstring!

To replenish after my work out, keep with St. Patrick's Day I had a Green Machine Smoothie. It contained Veggie Protein, Yogurt Pineapple Juice, Pineapple & Banana. I plan to recreate this at home using Amazing Grass packets as my "Veggie Protein"

For those who asked about my grandmother sorry I forgot to update. Thank you for all your prayers! She is out of the hospital and doing very well. Her kidney has stopped bleeding as it turns out her kidney just has a cyst on it which they can't treat unless it bust. Then she will be put on antibiotics no biggie. Her heart valve that was leaking is miraculously fine!!! Her other valve is just a little constricted so they are changing her beta blocker and putting her on a fluid pill. She should be back to to completely normal in no time. After basically a month in the hospital it truly is a miracle and the doctors are still confused as to how her heart and kidney both took turns for the best!!

Time for bed now my company's brand new CEO/President will be in the office tomorrow & Friday to meet us all. This also means I will be going in to work early/staying late and ceasing all blogging and twittering while at work. Gulp.
