The first course was Champagne Swiss fondue with apples, bread and veggies to dip (I forgot to get a good picture)
Second course was a Strawberry Fields salad
Main Course was Lobster, Shrimp, Chicken, Filet Mignon and Ravioli.
Desert was White Chocolate Creme Brulee fondue
I sipped on Martinis all night made with Godiva and Ice Cream.
So remember when I announced how excited I was to start working from home and everything was going great. Well I just found out my current company will be closing. I am officially unemployed yet again. This is the second time that a company I'm working for loses funding. I'm worried that my resume will reflect job hopping when that is not the case at all. I would have loved to stay at my current company for years had this not happened. Fingers crossed I find a new great position soon!

Oh no so sorry to hear about your job! Hopefully you will have new opportunities heading your way!
Your Valentines night looked fantastic! And that martini =) WE have never been to The Melting Pot because I didn't think that I would enjoy the food. But after seeing yours, i definitely want to give it a try!
Yummy Dinner! Esp the lobster...those ying yang looking martinis are amazingggg! (yes, I said ying yang) hahha
You look beautiful, lady!! I'm so sad for you that your company lost funding, but I wouldn't worry at all how it looks on your resume. Austin is FULL of start-ups and it sounds like that is just the name of the game with them. You did so many amazing things for them, too! That will reflect more than anything.
i LOOOVE the melting pot. Yummy! I'll say a prayer for your work situation, I know it can be so stressful :/
fondue is easily one of my favorites! looks like you had a wonderful valentine's day! and I think celebrating early or a little late is perfect, miss the crowds and the prefix courses!
