Valentine's (Early) Dinner and well that didn't last long..

We had a great dinner at Melting Pot. They were completely booked on Valentines Day. I really wanted to eat there so we decided on the Saturday before.

The first course was Champagne Swiss fondue with apples, bread and veggies to dip (I forgot to get a good picture)

Second course was a Strawberry Fields salad

Main Course was Lobster, Shrimp, Chicken, Filet Mignon and Ravioli.

Desert was White Chocolate Creme Brulee fondue

I sipped on Martinis all night made with Godiva and Ice Cream.

So remember when I announced how excited I was to start working from home and everything was going great. Well I just found out my current company will be closing. I am officially unemployed yet again. This is the second time that a company I'm working for loses funding. I'm worried that my resume will reflect job hopping when that is not the case at all. I would have loved to stay at my current company for years had this not happened. Fingers crossed I find a new great position soon!

Mints and Polish.

Did everyone have a great Superbowl Weekend!? I had no interest in either team but getting together with friends is always a fun time!

I have posted about my love for Jewelmint. I'm now also obssed with Shoemint and Stylemint

My first Shoemint purchase has been the Janice. I love them.

I am also wearing the Stylemint Hudson Tee and my Jewelmint Empress Necklace and Black Swan Cuff. Along with my Tortise and Blonde glasses, William Rast jeans and Alexander Wang Rocco ponyhair bag.

My next Shoemint purchase that I am awaiting to arrive in the mail is the Kathy.

I am already dreaming up fun ways to style these.

You all know I blogged about my love of
Birchbox. In one of my previous birchboxes I received Incoco which was a miss for me. I have been excited to try nail strips. I've seen the Sally Hansen ones floating around the blog world.

First the color was wrong cheetah nails are not me.

I put them on Saturday, by Sunday morning in the shower all had peeled off except for one spot on my right hand thumb. I will stick to my Essie and Butter London polishes!

On Saturday David & I went to Alamo Drafthouse to see The Woman in Black. Loved it! Finally a good scary movie that is not so cheesy!
